Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data Mosaveo collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We have kept it short because this website collects very little.
1. Who we are
Mosaveo provides automated mobile billing management to organisations across EMEA and the United States. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, Mosaveo is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
Our registered address is Western Gateway Building, Western Road, Cork, Ireland. You can reach us at info@mosaveo.com.
2. What this notice covers
This notice applies to the Mosaveo public website at mosaveo.com.
It does not cover the Mosaveo platform used by our customers, or the billing data we process on behalf of customers under a services agreement. In those cases Mosaveo acts as a data processor and the terms of the relevant agreement and data processing addendum apply.
3. What we collect
This website has no forms, no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party tracking. The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser — the figures you enter are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and are not stored anywhere once you close the page.
Information you choose to give us
Every call to action on this site opens your own email client. If you email us, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, email address, employer, and the content of your message. Providing this is entirely voluntary, though we cannot respond to an enquiry without it.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested. These include your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser and operating system, and the referring page. IP addresses are treated as personal data. These logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors and we do not combine them with any other information.
5. Why we use it, and our legal basis
The GDPR requires us to have a lawful basis for each use of personal data. Ours are as follows.
| What we do | Data used | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or spend review | Name, email address, employer, message content | Steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)) |
| Follow up on a business conversation you started | Name, email address, employer | Our legitimate interest in pursuing a business relationship you initiated (Article 6(1)(f)). You can ask us to stop at any time. |
| Keep the website secure and available | Server log data, including IP address | Our legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure from abuse (Article 6(1)(f)) |
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
7. International transfers
This website is hosted in Microsoft's West Europe region, and page content is served from Microsoft's global edge network so that it loads quickly wherever you are. This means data may be processed outside the European Economic Area.
Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with Microsoft's supplementary technical and organisational safeguards, which together provide a level of protection essentially equivalent to that guaranteed within the EEA.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiry correspondence: kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. Deleted after that unless you become a customer, in which case our customer retention terms apply.
- Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a short operational period, typically no more than 90 days.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry correspondence sooner — see your rights below.
9. Security
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a strict Content Security Policy, and no third-party scripts. Correspondence is held in Microsoft 365 with access limited to the Mosaveo staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures proportionate to the very limited data this website handles.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure — have your data deleted, where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data while a concern is resolved.
- Portability — receive data you gave us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Object — object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests, including any direct marketing. If you object to direct marketing we will stop, without exception.
To exercise any of these, email info@mosaveo.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge, and we will only ask for identification where we genuinely cannot verify who you are.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority:

12. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the way we handle personal data changes — for example if we add a contact form or website analytics. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
